  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • cup rice crispies
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1–2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mini M&M’s
  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or plain recommended)
  • 1–3 tbsp milk or water (as needed)
  • Refrigerate 25 mins
